4. Shipping Partners
To ensure reliable and timely deliveries, we work with trusted logistics providers, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex. The courier partner is selected based on serviceability, speed, and destination.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking your shipment whenever required.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Illica Designs cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
