2.1. All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify designs, fabrics, and prices without prior notice.
2.2. Slight variations in color, fabric, and embroidery may occur due to photographic lighting or screen resolution. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Order Placement

3.1. Orders can be placed via our website, app, or in-store. Ensure all details provided (size, color, delivery address, etc.) are accurate.
3.2. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless permitted under the cancellation policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and other payment methods mentioned on our platform.
4.3. Payment is required in full before the dispatch of any product.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We deliver within India and to select international locations. Delivery timelines depend on the product and delivery location.
5.2. Shipping charges, if any, will be specified at the time of checkout.
5.3. Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

6.1. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. Custom-made or altered items are non-returnable.

8.1. All designs, images, logos, and content on our platform are the exclusive property of  Illica Designs. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida Uttar Pradesh, India.
10.2. Indian laws govern these terms and conditions.
