Return Eligible Criteria:
  • Time frame: The items must be returned within 7 days after the delivery date.
  • Condition: The Returnable item must not be worn, or washed and tags should not be detached from the clothes.
  • Non-returnable Items: All sale items, gift cards, and limited collections are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return Your Product:

To return or exchange your ordered products, please send us the email with the order ID, product codes, and the return reason on info@illicadesigns.com, and our team will contact you on the registered phone number or email to help you process the return or exchange.

You can also call us on +91 96250 59646 on Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7: 00 PM IST. Your purchase will be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds:
  • Once we receive your return request, our team will verify the return request and reason, the team will process the refund after 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email when your return is processed.
  • The refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the item quickly and it doesn't go out of stock.
