• Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
• Please note, even though we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Urbanstree as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Please don't expect an exchange or return for the same.
• All our products are made on order and do not qualify for a cancellation, refund, store credit, or an exchange.
• If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Your product will be replaced with the same product upon clear QC.
• If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items
• Please note- Lehenga Sets DO NOT qualify for any returns or exchanges.
• Please note that items bought from CLEARANCE SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
