Kurtas and suits
Peplum-style kurtas, belted Anarkalis, or A-line cuts should be worn to create curves.
Straight-cut or boxy kurtas should be avoided unless belted at the waist.

Sarees
Heavily pleated or draped sarees are recommended to add volume and create an illusion of curves. The pallu should be draped over one shoulder in a loose style to add elegance and curves.
Stiff fabrics like brocade or heavy cotton should be avoided, as they may make the body look boxier.

Lehengas
Flared, A-line, or layered lehengas should be chosen to add volume to the lower half. Lehengas with heavy embroidery or ruffles on the skirt are recommended to create a fuller look.
Avoid straight-cut or mermaid-style lehengas should not be worn.

Blouses and Tops
Deep necklines, peplum cuts, or ruffles should be worn to define the waist.
Avoid high-neck, boat-neck, or straight-cut blouses that should not be worn.

Dupatta Draping
Dupatta draped diagonally across the body should be preferred to soften broad shoulders.
Tightly draped Dupatta and taking it on the neck should be avoided.

Colors & Prints
Bright and bold colors should be worn to add vibrancy and structure to the frame. Layered embroidery or motifs on the lower half are suggested to enhance volume.
Very small prints or scattered embroidery avoid to be chosen
